Introduces SilverRay

I-Bus
Corp.
announces today the introduction of the SilverRay 64-bit Single Board
Computer,
supporting the Intel® Pentium 4 or Celeron D or Mobile Intel
Pentium 4-M processor
in the mPGA 478 package. The SilverRay is optimized for high-speed
processing,
supporting processors of 3.4GHz and above.

outstanding 2D and 3D graphics and video performance. “Our customer can

the flexibility to choose from Pentium4, Celeron D, Pentium M, or
Celeron M
based PICMG SBC" said

outstanding architecture of this SBC allows the board to be high
performance, highly reliable and low cost."
Like all I-Bus Single Board Computer products, the SilverRay is based
on the
standard PCI architecture, for use in passive backplanes, meeting all
of the
PICMG (PCI Industrial Manufacturers Group) requirements.
The
SilverRay
Incorporates the following feature set:
- Two
Double Data Rate (DDR) 184-pin DIMM sockets for up to
2 GBytes of 400/333/266MHz DDR2 SDRAM.
- Intel's
845GV & 6300ESB chipset with support for 800/533/400MHz
front side bus speeds.
- Gigabit Ethernet
controllers with
dual LED indicators and IEEE 802.3u auto-negotiation.
- Intel
GMCH Integrated Graphics controller with Dynamic
share system memory up to 64MB with a display resolution up to
2048x1536 @ 60Hz
refresh.
- Quad
EIDE, two SATA, four USB 2.0, and AC’97 2.3 Audio.
- 5.25"/3.5"
floppy drive controller.
- Four
serial ports (3-RS232 and 1-RS232/422/485), one IrDA
ports, and 8 high driving GPIO.
- System
monitoring, Watchdog Timer, and Solid State Disk
support.
The
SilverRay supports a
variety of operating systems, including DOS/Windows, Windows 95/98/NT,
Windows
2000/2003, Windows XP and LINUX.
