Quality Control
Procedure
I-Bus recognizes its responsibility as
an international supplier to fully comply with all customer /
contractual provisions and governing regulatory specification
requirements. To this end, I-Bus has developed a comprehensive quality
assurance program establishing controls throughout the entire device
manufacturing cycle from contract proposal to end-item delivery. These
controls assure that we meet customer quality expectations and minimize
the possibility of compromises that could affect global product
reliability.
I-Bus's world class Quality Assurance
Program has been registered to ISO-9001:2000 since September 1995 for
the design, manufacture, assembly and supply of high reliability
computer enclosures, systems and peripherals. We operate a stringent
Quality Approvals System, enabling full traceability and integration of
high-tech components into our solutions. In addition, our Quality
Program has been aligned with the rigorous requirements of major OEM
customers. We are proactive in our approach to quality, and have worked
with our customers to implement numerous projects aligned with Six
Sigma methodologies in accordance with key customer expectations.
The complete range of I-Bus chassis
and systems is designed and proven to meet the requirements of the
worldwide EMC and Safety standards. Through extensive testing, the
I-Bus range of chassis is guaranteed to provide its customers with a
product designed to exceed the requirements for systems in all areas of
the IT environment.
Compliance Testing
and Procedures
I-Bus is also able to offer its
customers an Approvals Management Service. This service can range from
advice on how to achieve compliance to the full management of the
compliance process. This includes compliance testing at a CE / FCC / UL
and NEBS approved laboratory and providing the customer with a fully
approved and tested system supported by official test reports and
supporting documentation.
Our facilities worldwide are able to
undertake testing and establish compliance procedures in order to meet
differing regional standards and Approvals requirements.
